Where do you deliver?
We deliver to UK mainland addresses and Northern Ireland. We regret that we cannot deliver outside the UK.
How long does delivery take?
Once you have placed your order it will be processed and released to Royal Mail. Delivery is by standard Royal Mail second class post and can take up to 10 working days in busy times.
What happens if I am out when they try to deliver?
If there is no one to accept your parcel, Royal Mail will usually post a card through your door for you to collect your parcel from your local sorting office.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return goods that I have purchased?
In the unlikely event that you are not
completely satisfied with the goods you order, you may return goods to us within
28 days of receipt, provided they are in unopened, unused and in re-saleable
condition. We cannot accept back individual items sold as part of a set. Before
you return an item, please inform us by email, quoting your order reference
number, to returns@petitsoffers.co.uk

How do I claim a refund for returned goods?
We will examine the returned product and will notify
you of your refund via e-mail. We will usually process the refund due to you
within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled
to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned because of a defect
will be refunded in full, including your cost of returning the item to us. We
will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally
used by you to pay for your purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
